Ashtanga Yoga for Beginners Workshop with Barbara Macias, founder of Mysore Shala Berlin
This workshop is open to everyone. You don’t need to be strong or flexible!
The course is designed for people who haven’t had any experience with Yoga or who are just starting. You will be introduced in detail to the foundations of the practice where you will be guided step by step through the first part of the Primary Series preparing you for the Mysore classes.
This is a mental and physical practice that will cultivate well-being in your life. As well it will also encourage structure and regular space for yourself. This is a movement meditation practice that will give you focus and concentration and it will nourish your nervous system.
