Incarnation collective invites you to the third event in a series exploring each Chakra. The third centre, the “Solar Plexus” deals with the energy of transformation. Through the wisdom of herbal medicine, in tune with nature’s current cycle, you will learn how to fine tune and re-balance within the extremes of low energy, discipline and self-esteem to aggressiveness, competitiveness or hyperactivity. You will learn how herbal medicine can be the ultimate re-balancer.
Incarnation invite you to their third event in the Agápe series, part of a larger series exploring each Chakra (or “Energy Centre"). The Solar Plexus Chakra is the energy of transformation, the alchemical fire that liberates us into proactive creators, from seed to blossom.
In the spirit of nature’s cycle and call to spring, during the workshop you will learn the wisdom of plants and their medicines to take into the new season. You will explore the lessons of Mugwort, Rosemary, Masterwort, Fennel, Anise and Caraway through meditation, storytelling, smoking and a tea ceremony. You will also get the chance to take home your very own remedy that you will create.
Power is not a thing, it is a way that you learn. An unbalance in this energy expresses itself as anything from low energy, discipline, digestion or victim-mentality to being overly aggressive, manipulative, stubborn, competitive or hyperactive…even if none of these are calling you, if you are simply curious to learn how to connect to herbal medicine, this workshop is for you.
