Learn how to relate to another using the senses rather than the mind. In this unique event we learn how to transform the quality of our relationships by learning how to identify and communicate energetic blocks whether through the language of boundaries, touch, movement, ritual or expression (please note this event is about non-sexual relating - clothes will be kept on). Incarnation collective invites you to join the “Shades of Orange” event, part of a larger series exploring each Chakra (or “Energy Centre"). The Sacral Chakra is the energy center that guides us to let go in order to attract, to flow instead of control, and to learn to connect to our pleasure. Sensual and creative energy reside here.
During this event you are invited to attend with a friend or a lover, someone you would like to deepen your connection with. You are also welcome to attend alone and do the exercises with yourself or with another attendee. The facilitators Saskia and Jeanne will guide you through a journey exploring embodiment, sound, boundaries, connection, giving, receiving and boundaries. These are the elements that trace our inner and outer experience with the world.

SASKIA
Saskia is a clinical psychologist specializing in sex and couples therapy, and a tantra yoga teacher who has devoted her life to exploring how we can change, develop and evolve, how we can heal and become securely embodied within connections, using a diverse toolkit including rituals and somatic practices.
JEANNE
Jeanne is a performing artist, professional musician, and holistic vocal coach whos passion is somatic voice activation work with the aim to create a safe(r) space for re-connection, embodiment and empowerment through the voice.
