Fundamentals of Ashtanga Yoga Workshop with Barbara Macias, founder of Mysore Shala Berlin
The focus of this workshop will rest upon understanding the fundamental principles that guide the practice. Tristhana Method: Breath, Asana (posture), Drishti (gazing points), and the Vinyasa system. Learning the method to experience the practice as a movement meditation practice rather than only physical movement.
We will revise also in detail the standing sequence with the correct vinyasas {synchronization of breath with movement) and alignment. All with the intention to deepen your practice.
