SPECIAL CLASS: DANCE MEDITATION with Michelle
A dynamic meditation through sound, movement and breath. Taking the focus away from “how it’s suppose to look” and instead, bringing awareness to your inner sensations, thoughts, and emotions. You will be gently guided into free form movement, where you will be able to express yourself in a creative and non-verbal way. As you make space to witness yourself, the body relaxes, the mind settles and becomes more quiet. No previous experience is needed and everyone is welcome to join!
About Michelle
Michelle is a Berlin-based yoga teacher and healing arts practitioner, representing Ayurveda Yoga Academy & Healing Arts. Having studied in South Korea and continuously practicing under Master Bulbi, she is committed to supporting individuals to heal and transform through integrative practices including physical postures, breathwork, active meditation, Ayurvedic and traditional Korean medicine lifestyle theory. She provides a safe, welcoming space for all levels. Michelle’s offerings center on meditation and giving love, guiding her clients toward personal growth and community connection.
