With over 8 years of immersion in the holistic wellness realm, Kate's journey into breathwork was sparked by a quest for rejuvenation after experiencing burnout after 9 years of working within medical diagnostics. Her transformative odyssey led her to India, where she immersed herself in the rich tapestry of pranayama under the guidance of Sunil Sharma, a renowned pranayama teacher.
Kate's passion for breathwork intensified as she witnessed its profound impact on herself and others. Fuelled by a desire to bridge the gap between science and spirituality, she delved deep into the realms of somatic release therapies, vagal toning, nervous system reset methods, mindfulness, and stress reduction, also earning a graduate diploma in psychology along the way.
But it was her dedication to breathwork that truly set her on fire. Through extensive traditional pranayama teacher training and immersive breathwork therapist and facilitator training, Kate honed her expertise to empower others on their transformative journeys.
As a co-founder of the revolutionary PRANABEAT breathwork app, Kate has shared her wisdom with corporations like Nike,Tier Mobility, Jägermeister, and Ticketmaster, to name a few, as well as individual seekers of healing and growth.
