ABOUT SAM
Sam is a dedicated handstand practitioner and teacher who sees handbalancing as a way to challenge both body and mind. He believes the practice helps to develop not just physical strength and technique, but also adaptability and focus.
In his teaching, Sam emphasizes personalized instruction, tailored to each student's unique path and goals. His approach combines technical mastery with an understanding of how to adapt the practice to individual circumstances.
Sam has been teaching handstands for 8 years and he keeps on practicing and learning new skills.
Sam is also the founder of the Handstand Extravaganza Convention, in Sicily, where professional handbalancers and enthusiasts gather annually to share and develop their skills.
