MOVE LIKE WATER - THE ART OF TUNING IN

  • Dharma Studios Berlin 98 Kienitzer Straße Berlin, BE, 12049 Germany (map)

According to oriental medicine theory, Winter is associated with the Water element and embodies the energy of stillness, storage, and introspection. This season is considered a time to conserve energy, nourish the body deeply, and cultivate inner strength.

Our winter workshop is an invitation to journey inward, embrace the stillness of the season, and transform winter’s challenges into opportunities for growth and gratitude. Rooted in oriental medicine principles and expressive arts, we create a safe space for exploring the beauty of rest, receptivity, and introspection. Together, we’ll gather tools to honor the natural cycles of yin and yang, acknowledge fears around winter’s isolation and darkness, and cultivate resilience and joy through mindful movement, creativity, and community connection.
