MINDFUL TRANSITIONS

Create Space for the New Year

We often leap from one event to the next – without pauses, without integration, without reflection. But what happens to our body and mind when we take this valuable time? How do mindful transitions impact our energy, our clarity, and our well-being? And how would you like to shape your transitions in the future?

In this 2.5-hour workshop, we will explore the power of transitions through:

  • Mindful Yang & Yin Yoga sequences

  • A transition meditation

  • Mantra chanting

  • Journaling

  • Insights into the philosophy of Traditional Chinese Medicine & Bodywork

  • Inspiration from Systemic Coaching

Discover how mindful integration can help you align your body and mind, transform your daily life, and navigate transitions with intention and mindfulness.

For all levels

About Melina

In order to find our center, we need to find a healthy balance in every area of our lives. To do so, we require activity (yang) as well as relaxation (yin). It took me some time to actively implement this realization and discover my love for yin yoga, but I can no longer imagine my life without it.

In my classes, I incorporate my experience from various trainings (600h+) in Germany and India, such as Ashtanga & Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, (Trauma)Sensitive Yoga, Personal Yoga, Massage Techniques, several Philosophy trainings (such as Sankhya Philosophy and Living the Gita) and Gong & Sound Meditation. But also my university studies in Political Communication and further training on topics such as racism, cultural appropriation, toxic positivity and consent within the yoga class are an important basis for the preparation of my classes.

The accessibility of yoga practices and the creation of a mindful Brave Space are particularly important to me. Both combined should enable you to get to know yourself better and gain new experiences. I look forward to welcoming you!

You can also join Melina in her regular “Yin Yoga & Vibration” classes at Dharma Studios: every Tuesday 8-9:15pm!
