  • Born and raised in Jerusalem, Israel, Tali is a fashion and textile designer currently based in Berlin. Nearly two decades ago, she embarked on a journey with Pilates in search of a joyful yet powerful activity. It was love at first class, and since then, Tali has never looked back.

    In early 2021, Tali completed her comprehensive Pilates training in Berlin at "The Body in Balance" and promptly began sharing her passion by teaching. She is enthusiastic about incorporating both classical and contemporary Pilates-based movements into her sessions.

    Tali's classes are characterized by their dynamic and flowing nature, with a focus on challenging both the body and mind. Join her to embark on a journey of playful rhythm and strength-building.

  • The class is based on the optimal coordination between movement and breath while focusing on precision to the smallest detail. The main principle of the practice is to strengthen the core muscles (abdominals, glutes and pelvic floor muscles) in a beneficial way that suits your body.

  • Sweaty and spicy low impact workout, combining functional movements inspired from Pilates, Ballet and yoga. We will work our entire body while moving gracefully in and out of positions. This workout will challenge your balance, deepen your endurance and strengthen your posture as we will train in low intensity and high repetitions.

  • Tali’s classes start from mid-March.
