Stefanie
Roth

  • Stefanie has been a dedicated yoga practitioner for many years, discovering her natural connection to the practice as a child learning from her mother. This early exposure sparked a lifelong passion for yoga that has only deepened over time.

In 2019, Stefanie moved to Barcelona, where she completed her first teacher training. In 2020, she pursued further education, delving into various disciplines including Hatha Vinyasa, Yin, Yoga for Trauma, and Pranayama. These diverse teacher trainings have enriched her practice and teaching style, allowing her to offer a holistic approach to yoga.

Stefanie is deeply committed to sharing her passion for yoga as a path of self-inquiry and transformation. She believes that yoga is much more than physical movements on a mat; it is a journey of self-discovery and personal growth.

  • In her classes, Stefanie combines traditional Hatha yoga with modern Vinyasa. Each class is holistic, incorporating not only Asanas but also elements of Pranayama and deep relaxation. Stefanie places a strong emphasis on energy work and movements that engage the entire body, aiming to create a balanced and invigorating experience for all her students, no matter if they are beginners or more advanced.

Join Stefanie’s classes to explore a well-rounded practice that nurtures both body and mind, leaving you feeling grounded and connected.
