  • Pau Delgado, born in Valencia, Spain, is a dedicated vinyasa yoga teacher with about two years of experience. His journey with yoga began with vinyasa, later expanding into Ashtanga Mysore style to deepen his personal practice. In 2022, Pau embarked on a transformative trip to Rishikesh, India, completing his first yoga training.

    The profound impact of practicing and teaching yoga led Pau to make a life-altering decision – dedicating himself to the exploration of yoga and understanding the intricacies of his body and mind in all dimensions. As a movement enthusiast, Pau has a special affinity for arm balancing poses and inversions.

    In his classes, Pau delivers vigorous and powerful vinyasa sessions, infused with creativity and primarily inspired by Ashtanga. His classes are strongly guided, placing a special emphasis on alignment and cultivating awareness of the breath. Beyond yoga, Pau also serves as a skilled massage therapist, specializing in Thai Yoga massage.
