  • With a deep-rooted passion for yoga, Nico has been committed to sharing the profound benefits of this ancient practice since 2009. Having completed multiple yoga teacher trainings, he has cultivated a rich and diverse understanding of yoga, with each training deepening his practice and enriching his teaching approach.

    Alongside his extensive yoga trainings, Nico has also worked with various indigenous shamans from around the globe. Especially the teachings of North & South American and Mongolian Shamanism had a big impact on his understanding of spirituality. This unique blend of experiences enhances his teaching, offering a holistic approach that integrates both yoga philosophy and shamanic wisdom.

    Nico's teaching style blends traditional yoga principles with contemporary techniques and methods. He prioritizes creating a supportive space for students to explore their practice. Guiding students through physical postures, he integrates focus, concentration, and breath. This blend gradually leads them into a meditative state within the poses, providing a stronger mind-body connection.

    Encouraging growth beyond limits is at the core of Nico's teaching. He strives to challenge students, helping them transcend perceived boundaries and expand their capabilities through dedicated practice.

  • Maha Shakti means Great Energy. This open level class is designed for all students from Beginner to Advanced.

    Expect a strong Hatha Vinyasa practice that takes you into a state of deep concentration in connection with your breath. Be ready to move your body into the unknown in a playful way.

  • The Dharma Yoga Masterclass is a strong Yoga practice especially designed for students with a deeper understanding of Yoga Asana.

    We practice advanced asanas with time to move deeper into the poses and explore different variations.

  • This class combines traditional Yoga poses with functional movements and bodyweight training. The focus lies on the center of the body, abdomen, waist and lower back.

    The practice promotes strength and flexibility, prepare for planks, crunches, back strengthening… a lot of sweat and maybe some tears (of joy..)

  • Long, Slow and Deep…

    this is basically what this class about. Not much talking, a very nice chillout playlist and a good deep stretch to release all this tension. Physically, emotionally and mentally!
