  • Yin Yoga - Vinyasa Yoga – Mantra, Gong & Sound Meditation

In order to find our center, we need to find a healthy balance in every area of our lives. To do so, we require activity (yang) as well as relaxation (yin). It took me some time to actively implement this realization and discover my love for yin yoga, but I can no longer imagine my life without it.

In my classes, I incorporate my experience from various trainings (600h+) in Germany and India, such as Ashtanga & Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, (Trauma)Sensitive Yoga, Personal Yoga, Massage Techniques, several Philosophy trainings (such as Sankhya Philosophy and Living the Gita) and Gong & Sound Meditation. But also my university studies in Political Communication and further training on topics such as racism, cultural appropriation, toxic positivity and consent within the yoga class are an important basis for the preparation of my classes.

The accessibility of yoga practices and the creation of a mindful Brave Space are particularly important to me. Both combined should enable you to get to know yourself better and gain new experiences. I look forward to welcoming you!

  • In this class, we will focus on the art of letting go - physically and mentally. By holding each position for at least 3-5 minutes, we reach the deeper connective tissue as well as a deeper state of stillness and meditation. You will be supported with pillows and blankets as well as vibrations in the form of sound: Depending on each class, Melina will integrate mantra meditation and chanting as well as gong and sound baths.

Yin Yoga & Vibration is designed to help you to fully relax and release tension and blockages by vibrating within and outside.
