  • Born in a coastal town in Australia, Jaari grew up in a family deeply connected to yoga and meditation. This early exposure fostered her appreciation for intentional movement, breath, and the natural world. Now a dedicated Yoga and Pilates instructor with 350+ hours of training, Jaari weaves these elements into her classes. Designed to empower and nurture, her classes emphasize the mind-body connection, leaving participants feeling grounded and deeply connected to themselves and their surroundings.
