  • The handstand is one of the most fundamental acrobatic exercises that will improve your strength, balance and flexibility. We begin our class by thoroughly warming up and preparing our bodies, then working on technique, different entries, exits, shapes and variations. Expect to learn how to practice independently as well as with a partner.
