Éric

  • Éric used to be a geeky kid, uncomfortable in his body and often a spectator of his own life. After years of finding excuses not to try yoga, he joined a class by chance and ended up crying profusely during Shavasana.

He now feels like an embodied geek and has been teaching yoga for 8 years, inspired by teachers such as Julie Martin and David Kam.

His classes embody the core values of playfulness, curiosity and agency. They strive to break free from rigid alignments and perfectionism. A lot of attention is paid to the liminal spaces, what happens in between asanas.

Éric's practice is not prescriptive, it doesn’t rely on your compliance, and it keeps a safe and respectful distance from lineages. It helps you develop tools and a critical mind for approaching your practice with dedication and self-care.

  • Playful Flow: Something known, something new, and something weird.

This yoga class is a surprising blend of these ingredients. Together we will explore dynamic flows that incorporate elements of dance and somatic practices. I invite you to listen to your body and explore movements that feel good to you.

    There’s never a dull moment!
