Anita
Jori

  • Anita has been teaching yoga for more than ten years. She finished her first yoga teacher training (200h) in Hungary, which focused on traditional Hatha yoga. Her second course (300h) was in India, where she focused on Ashtanga-based vinyasa yoga. She has also taken part in many workshops with different teachers, such as Laruga Glaser, Kino McGregor and Mark Stephens. Anita’s classes are dynamic and based on the Ashtanga-Vinyasa tradition. Anita also holds a PhD in electronic music, so you can expect a finely selected playlist in the background of her classes.

  • This class is based on the Ashtanga-Vinyasa tradition, so we hold the asanas for five ujjayi breaths, and the yoga poses are also connected with a vinyasa. It’s an open-level dynamic class with sometimes challenging intensity and asana practice, but there’s also room for calming meditation and breathing techniques (pranayama).

Every week we have a different focus which is emphasized by the selection of asanas and their sequence.
You can also expect a finely selected playlist with mostly electronic and ambient music in the background. Each playlist is designed for the practice.
